D'Arlete is more than just a restaurant; it's a tribute to family and heritage. Once a humble grocery store owned by my (Hi, I'm Jan!) husband Robson's mother, Arlete, we transformed this cherished space into a vibrant dining spot that celebrates the heart of Portuguese culture.
Bringing this dream to life was a labor of love. Robson poured his passion into designing the interiors, while our dear friend Vera and I focus on creating an unforgettable experience for you. Together, we're here to ensure every moment at D'Arlete feels like a celebration of good food, good company, and good times.

D'Arlete Restaurante was born from our shared love of food and a friendship that blossomed into a dream. We, Jan and Vera, first crossed paths through our work in the 5 star hospitality world, forging a bond that grew over time and ultimately inspiring us to create this restaurant together. We're like the perfect culinary duo — as inseparable as pot and lid, or Laurel and Hardy. Friends for life and undoubtedly a perfect match!
